The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Channel/Brand Manager, Dental will drive the go-to-market commercial strategy within dental, veterinary, and retail segments, with a focus on growing the dental segment. Working with senior leaders, product management, and other cross-functional teams, the Channel/Brand Manager will be the segment champion, defining the value proposition within each segment, and delivering the plan and initiatives needed to help drive sales through product awareness, adoption, and loyalty. The Channel/Brand Manager will also work closely with our customers and dealer partners to develop market strategies.

What you will do
  • Understand all market segments (Dental, Government, Retail) and the ecosystem between end-user, influencer, and purchaser;
  • Lead, develop and implement product marketing and launch plans to drive the activities in execution of the product strategy within each of the segments;
  • Develop segment-specific value propositions for differentiated products that resonate with the end users;
  • Own and deliver content for the creation of all marketing collateral including a wide range of internal and external content / tools;
  • Work with sales to ensure consistent product positioning and serve as primary contact for sales peers;
  • For dental segment, manage the marketing strategy with consideration to the entire product portfolio, including differentiation/product positioning vs competitive set, and understanding and communicating why it matters at the end user level.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Business/Administration or similar degree;
  • 7+ years of cross-discipline product marketing or branding experience in building loyalty and driving recognition and adoption in the dental, health care, or related industry;
  • Working knowledge of building both B2B and B2C marketing strategies;
  • Experience defining and creating revenue-driving marketing plans in both analog and digital formats;
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects with significant and far-ranging impact on the performance of the business in both the short- and long-term;
  • Superior ability to synthesize diverse and complex information and data and design refined strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures that are presentable to stakeholders;
  • Love numbers, data crunching and prioritizing;
  • Proficient in: Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Written and spoken French is an asset;
  • Experience with CRM such as Salesforce a plus.
