We will train you:
No insurance experience? No problem. We offer paid training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching to help you progress quickly and confidently. You'll also benefit from a comprehensive 10-week onboarding program, including licensing preparation, systems training, product knowledge, sales tools, and proven sales techniques designed to develop and strengthen the skills you need to succeed in this role.
What you will do:
- Create your own pool of sales leads: Prospect, communicate with sales leads and develop your business portfolio through outreach, networking and community engagement activities.
- Helping people protect what matters most: Learn to understand customer needs and offer the right insurance solutions for them.
- Increase your visibility: Participate in community life and events to build strong relationships that translate into long-term clients.

- Business Development Mindset : Entrepreneurial mentality with the discipline to manage its pipeline, track its activities and continually seek new sources of revenue.

- Organization & Time Management : Ability to effectively manage prospects, follow-ups and client meetings in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Remuneration
Commissions vary depending on your sales results.
Fully trained sales trainees who achieve the majority or all of their sales targets can expect to earn between $43,000 and $83,000 per year.
