Our Respiratory Services team is collaborative, supportive, and deeply committed to excellence. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, respirologists, RRTs, and nursing staff who share a passion for improving outcomes for our most vulnerable patients and their families. We value mentorship, continuous learning, and a culture where every team member's contribution matters. Our RT department supports the ICU, Emergency Department, inpatient wards, and a Level II NICU with a strong commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care. In this role, you will deliver clinical care, patient and staff education, equipment support, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. The primary focus will be the NICU, with potential coverage in the ICU, ED, and Wards as needed. All RRTs must be available to work across all service areas based on operational requirements, with daily assignments subject to change. The current schedule is Monday-Friday, 8-hour day and evening shifts. As with all positions, scheduling is subject to change based on operational needs.
