As a Pharmacist I, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical services. You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).

Additional prescribing authorization (or obtained within 1 year).

Hospital pharmacy residency. Prior hospital experience or active in a direct patient care role. Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrating accountability and the ability maintain collaborative and respectful relationships. Demonstration of ability to learn and grow in response to personal reflection and external feedback.
