Description
Leduc Community Hospital Administration is currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented team player with strong administrative support skills to support the management team. Working under limited supervision, the Administrative Support IV is responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews, calendar management; meeting preparation and support; staffing processes and time entry, ordering of office supplies and general support of the management team with projects and other initiatives. Excellent communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills are essential to this role. If you are a goal oriented, highly organized administrative professional - we want you on our team!
As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Some post-secondary education.
Completion of post-secondary education program in Business Administration, Medical Office Assistant, or equivalent. Must have demonstrated excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure, and demonstrated skills in setting priorities. Expertise in ESP with a Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an AHS centralized ESP Staffing Service model. Advanced knowledge and experience with computer technology and applications including but limited to: ESP, Word, Excel, email and PowerPoint.
Minimum 2 years scheduling experience Timekeeping/payroll experience. Knowledge of the applicable collective agreements and pay codes. Experience working in a unionized, health care and/or 24/7 environment.
