Description
Reporting to North Zone Population and Public Health Area Manager, the Administrative Support III is the initial contact for community health clients and provides ongoing support in the framework of a positive lifetime relationship with public health. The Administrative Support III is responsible for performing reception, registration, and appointment booking functions; operating the switchboard, maintaining health records and processing care visit documentation; maintaining integrity of health records databases. Other clerical duties to support a range of programs and services provided in the Public Health Centre.
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Connect Care
As Required.
