Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the provision of secretarial and clerical support for the clinic. This position is primarily responsible for scheduling patient/client appointments and front reception duties. The Clerk III position will utilize critical thinking and sound judgment to fulfill his/her role and ensure quality service is provided to the patient. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay. This position is part of Primary Care Alberta. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

MOA or clerical certificate required. Successful Connect Care training will be required prior to start date.

Previous healthcare experience preferred.
