As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in packaging finished products. This position involves precision, safety, and teamwork. No prior experience in the field? No problem—a full training program is provided.

  • Work Location: 274 Rue Saint-Louis, Warwick, QC J0A 1M0

  • Work Hours: Day shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension

Competitive Salary:

  • $21.50 to $23.50 / hour

  • Automatic $0.50 / hour increase every 6 months

Time Off:

  • 3 weeks of vacation per year

  • 5 personal/sick days per year

  • 3 floating days during the annual December shutdown

Main Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety procedures and standards

  • Package finished products into appropriate containers as per work orders

  • Conduct quality control checks and take required samples

  • Weigh and measure product volumes using provided tools

  • Ensure containers are properly sealed and labeled

  • Clean and maintain equipment and work area (pumps, filters, tanks, etc.)

  • Properly store and label cleaning materials

Requested skills


  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and safety procedures
  • Physical stamina: able to stand for long periods, climb stairs, lift/move:
  • Buckets up to 75 lbs
  • Pigment bags of 60 lbs
  • Drums up to 900 lbs with proper tools
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, or humid environments, with exposure to chemicals while wearing personal protective equipment
  • Manufacturing or production experience (an asset)
  • Knowledge of paint, coatings, or chemicals (an asset)
  • Training provided – open to motivated beginners
