YOUR ROLE
You will assist the Chief Flight Attendant with all assigned duties, including overseeing procedures related to the distribution, evaluation, retention, and destruction of training records and materials. Your responsibilities will also include line indoctrination, line checks as required, support for online integration, and online verifications when assigned by the Chief Flight Attendant. You will contribute to the improvement of existing training programs and the development of new programs. When required, you will also assist the Flight Attendant Instructor with assigned duties.

Requested skills

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
• High School diploma.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as a Flight Attendant or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience as a supervisor and/or trainer and/or involvement in employee training and evaluations.
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Knowledge of Cree culture and language is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including the possibility of overnight stays.
• Availability upon request.
• Certification required.
