YOUR ROLE
As an Administrative Agent – HR, Payroll and Flight Operations, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources, Payroll and Flight Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include creating, updating and maintaining employees’ administrative records, validating information required for payroll, as well as processing and following up on documents related to flight operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of the information you handle, while complying with the organization’s policies, procedures and requirements. You will also act as a resource person and point of contact for employees.

Requested skills

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
• Vocational or college diploma, or relevant training and/or experience in administration, human resources, accounting or a related field. The absence of a diploma may be compensated by more experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administration, human resources or payroll processing.
• Bilingual (French and English), with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated autonomy and discretion, with the ability to manage multiple files and tasks simultaneously.
