Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Monitoring, the Senior Analyst will play a key role in the transformation and evolution of portfolio monitoring tools and reporting. The selected candidate will actively contribute to process automation, optimization, and innovation, while acting as a subject matter expert in data visualization. The individual will also support the continuous improvement of the department in line with industry best practices and share their expertise with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a data visualization expert within TCC
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Middle Office teams and Portfolio Managers
- Design and develop various tools and reports (positions, P&L, performance attribution, Greeks analysis, etc.)
- Lead or contribute to projects related to the implementation of new processes and tools
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and Portfolio Managers to effectively understand business needs
- Establish and promote best practices in portfolio monitoring
- Ensure strong governance to maintain data integrity
- Identify, recommend, and implement process and system improvements
- Develop and maintain a periodic review process to ensure reports remain relevant and effectively utilized
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, or a similar environment
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
- Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, DAX, or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of financial markets, particularly fixed income and derivatives
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, FRM, or PRM designation (completed or in progress)
- Experience in data environment structuring or data architecture
- Experience with system implementation or transformation projects
- Knowledge of Bloomberg
- Bilingualism (English and French). This position requires bilingualism at the professional level to provide support to clients and employees located outside of Quebec or who require services in a language other than French.

The position will be based in downtown Montréal, with a presence in the office four days per week.
