Who We Are:

Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) is a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd. that was selected by Metrolinx to deliver the Scarborough Subway Extension Stations, Rail and Systems (SSE-SRS) package. The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTCs Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools, and other key destinations throughout the city.

As part of this project, we are currently looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Reporting Manger to join our team.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead QMS reporting and performance monitoring across all project phases.
  • Serve as the client interface for QMS reporting deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly QMS reports in line with contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to track quality performance and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze non-conformances, corrective actions, audits, and compliance metrics.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support management reviews through consolidated reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent data collection and reporting across project teams.
  • Maintain QMS records, documentation, and reporting systems in compliance with requirements.
  • Track and report on audit outcomes and corrective action effectiveness.
  • Standardize and improve QMS reporting processes and tools.
  • Deliver executive summaries and presentations on quality performance, risks, and opportunities.

Experience You Will Bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Engineering, Quality Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in quality management systems, reporting, or data analytics (infrastructure or construction environment preferred).
  • Strong experience with QMS reporting, performance metrics, and data analysis.
  • Certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal or Lead Auditor is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Knowledge of quality management principles, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with construction quality processes, audits, and non-conformance management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar visualization platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 annually. The listed salary range reflects potential base pay and considers factors such as experience, education, and training. Each candidate is evaluated individually and offers toward the higher end may be extended to those with exceptional qualifications.
