Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. (ATSI) delivers telecommunications infrastructure and services across residential, commercial, and institutional markets. As ATSI expands into door-to-door (D2D) consumer sales, we are seeking a Manager, D2D Sales to launch, scale, and optimize this new business line.
This role is accountable for program-level D2D sales performance across multiple field sales teams, with a deliberate emphasis on high-value, multi-product sales delivered consistently and with strong quality outcomes.
This position does not carry a personal sales quota and does not directly manage individual sales representatives. It provides indirect leadership and governance across multiple sales teams.
This is a new role supporting a new line of business.
Location: Open to Aecon offices across the GTA and surrounding regions. A company vehicle will be provided to support travel throughout the region.
What Youll Do Here:
- Establish and scale a high-performing door-to-door telecommunications sales channel.
- Own overall program performance with priority placed on product intensity (multi-product sales).
- Deliver consistent net adds aligned to monthly targets.
- Set and enforce execution standards across field sales teams.
- Coach team leaders on territory strategy, conversion discipline, and product mix.
- Own quality outcomes including churn and yield performance.
- Ensure compliance with required sales and customer experience standards.
- Ensure funded sales headcount remains consistently filled and active.
- Partner with internal Operations, Finance, and QA / Compliance teams.
- Serve as the single accountable owner for the D2D sales program.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience leading sales programs through indirect or multi-team models.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs, performance management, and quality governance.
- Demonstrated ability to launch and scale new business lines.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in telecommunications, door-to-door, or field-based sales environments is a strong asset.

The expected pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, plus commission
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
