- Operate responsibly by managing risk, safety, and environmental considerations across all our projects and surrounding communities.
- Prepare detailed and comprehensive estimates for major civil infrastructure projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, technical documents, and contractual requirements
- Evaluate quantities, material costs, labor, equipment, and subcontracting
- Collaborate with engineering, methods, and construction teams to optimize costs
- Actively participate in bid strategies and internal estimate reviews
- Identify project risks, opportunities, and financial assumptions
- Maintain and improve cost databases and estimating references
- Support project teams during the transition from estimating to execution
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in estimating major civil and infrastructure projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent ability to read drawings and technical specifications
- Strong understanding of construction methods and work sequencing
- Experience with large-scale, highvalue projects ($100M+)
- Proficiency with estimating tools and specialized software
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fastpaced, and deadlinedriven environment.
