As an HR, Lead Implementation Specialist, you will participate in the creation, from scratch, of HCM solutions for all types of business. You will be asked to use your analytical skills to design, configure, test and deliver the perfect HCM solution for your clients.

Every day, you will partner with clients to learn and understand their business needs; analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes; and guide and drive clients towards the best solution for their unique business needs.

What you’ll do:

What you can expect on a typical day:

  • HCM System Implementation: Implement and set up ADP's WFN methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant HCM system configurations.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on HCM system configuration, analysis, and testing.
  • Training and Development: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and HCM system configurations.
  • Project Support: Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in HCM system implementation projects.
  • Mentorship: Assist in mentoring and supporting less tenured team members in their technical development.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Education

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience
  • HR certification or designation

Required:

  • 3-5 years of HCM experience or relative field
  • ADP product knowledge of WorkForce Now WFN) experience is a must
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English
  • Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is CAD $68,000.00 - CAD $108,500.00 / Year*
