YOU ARE:
As a Technology Consulting Leader for Capital Market Platforms, you will oversee large, complex technology programs in the Capital Markets space, managing multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams while ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role combines program management, client account leadership, and business development, with deep expertise in leading Capital Market platforms.

THE WORK:

  • Manage your work independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location

  • Act as Client account Platforms Manager for various clients

  • Act as delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services type of work

  • Originate sales and manage opportunities

  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors

  • Manage one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,…)

Qualifications

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in the Capital Markets Platforms technology domain

  • 3 years’ of experience in managing one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,…)

  • 3 years’ of experience as a Client account Platforms Manager for various clients

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience acting as a delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services type of work

  • Experience in originating sales and managing opportunities

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location

  • Ability to Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location Annual Salary Range

British Columbia/Ontario $131,700 to $278,100
