Senior Agency Inside Sales Account Manager
Manage high-potential digital marketing agency relationships by onboarding new advertisers, growing active accounts per agency, and proactively leading inner-agency prospecting and pitching to achieve consistent monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deeply understand both client and agency business goals, developing and executing strategic Learning Agendas, Media Plans, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive revenue, retention, and market share growth.
Establish advertiser trust by demonstrating curiosity about their business objectives, proactively communicating new product features, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience from discovery through strategy and launch.
Maintain up-to-date agency intelligence by tracking client lists and agency developments and regularly seek feedback and alignment from agency leadership to continually improve effectiveness and drive better outcomes.
