Can apply deep security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Security Sr Analyst to join our Managed Services team. In this operational role, you will enhance clients’ security posture by optimizing Microsoft Defender and other security infrastructure tools. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to implement security improvements, automation, and compliance measures while maintaining operational excellence within defined service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance security posture by configuring and optimizing Microsoft Defender and other infrastructure security tools.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
• Identify and implement automation and innovation opportunities to improve efficiency and add client value.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to design, build, and maintain effective security controls.
• Maintain operational and security standards within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members on Microsoft Defender best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest cloud security trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
• Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) Canadian security clearance for government sector work.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender policies and security administration.
• Experience with Cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Trend Micro tools preferred
• Bachelor’s or college degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Security, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security Architecture and Managed Cloud Security Services is a plus.
