The Work:

· Support all functionalities in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), including upgrades to SAP GTS E4H.

· Delve into clients’ Sales and Distribution configurations to determine their business needs relating to foreign trade.

·Analyze and design the “to-be” business processes.

·Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.

· Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.

· Set up and maintain the Requirements and Traceability deliverables.

· Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.

·Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

·Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.

· Participate in quality management reviews in particular reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

· Serve as a liaison to the business community. Participate in a user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.

· Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.

· Understand that client team members often fill this role. This role includes the business process experts involved in defining the business processes and performing any business process re-engineering required before the application is designed from a technical perspective.

· Create change plans and lead efforts that help your clients help their people embrace the changes that come with supply chain transformation

· Look for ways to grow Accenture’s SAP practice and contribute to landing future sales

· Keep building your SAP GTS know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest developments

· Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 80% depending on business need and client requirements

·This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the SAP S4 Core SD (Sales & Distribution) area.

· Minimum of 1 SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementations with S4 Core, including hands-on design and configuration.

· Bachelor's degree or completion of college diploma

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Qualification:

· Bilingual (French and English)
