You are:
A transformation maestro with tons of experience helping clients meet the challenges of digitization, focused specifically on SAP S/4 Procure to Pay (“PTP”). You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and enable their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading teams and projects as you are talking to senior managers and clients. And as a Lead, you know that your decisions will have a lasting impact, and you’ve got the leadership skills to handle the pressure. Somebody with charisma, professional and capable of building rapport with clients in a business development and project delivery context. You are flexible, a great listener and deep domain expert in the procurement space.
The work:
-
Use your business smarts to kick-start SAP Procure to Pay transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.

Participate in the detailed design and build of SAP S/4 implementation of the global SAP S/4 template with a range of activities that ensure the efficient and effective acquisition of materials, supplies, and services, including requisitioning, sourcing, contracting, and payment

Show clients how they can use maximize the use of fit to standard SAP Procurement processes to enable their business processes

Help set the strategy for near-term goals

Work with senior leadership at a client and/or at Accenture - and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues

Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments

Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture. Provide coaching and mentorship to foster professional growth, enhance team performance, and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Encourage continuous learning and development while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Embrace the use of AI when it comes to implementing SAP S/4 e.g., reverse engineering agents to understand legacy code/functionality, generate code, and configure the SAP system.
Here’s what you need:
-
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
-
At least 7+ years of experience in delivering SAP projects including full lifecycle SAP implementations (Local and Global) consisting of program planning/management, Business Case development, planning and implementation across different phases of Software Engineering process

Minimum 7 years of experience with SAP Procure to Pay (direct and indirect procurement, materials management, requisition to invoicing including AP, Vendor invoice management, Quality management)

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational projects with on- and off-shore resources.

Deep understanding of SAP Standards & Best Practices and should be comfortable working with various functional SAP experts and business teams. Experience updating process flows in Signavio.

Experience working in a Managed Service environment.

Demonstrates strong leadership skills by effectively managing and guiding team members to achieve project goals.

Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately
-
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with external and internal parties.

Must hold Canadian Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain clearance prior to start.

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
