SAP Controlling (CO) Senior Consultant

You Are:

A Finance & Controlling (FICO) functional professional with expertise in SAP CO Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Management Accounting. You excel at analyzing processes, designing future-state solutions, and aligning financial operations to SAP best practices. You bring strong analytical skills, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights.

The Work:

• The Role

• Analyze and improve financial controlling processes, delivering scalable SAP CO solutions.

• Design future-state processes aligned with business and technology strategies.

• Provide expertise in Cost Center, Profit Center, and Management Accounting.

• Collaborate with FP&A and Finance teams to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.

• Support integration with Project Systems (PS) and other financial processes.

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements.

• This role requires to be onsite 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

• Strong experience in SAP Controlling (CO) including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Order (CO-IO), Margin Analysis / CO-PA

• Experience analyzing and improving financial processes.

• Ability to document and design future-state solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance

• SAP S4 HANA Finance Certifications

• Exposure to FP&A or finance transformation initiatives

• French is an asset

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
