Description
The Digital Ad Sales Trainer role is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on a wide variety of topics. The person selected for this opportunity will design instructor led training courses, eLearning courses, create training resources, create exams, certifications, and work within the Learning Management System to achieve results. The position will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct training for new and experienced employees
Assist in the creation of eLearning courses, assessments, and certifications
Meet with clients and stakeholders
Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations
Report on training activities to clients and stakeholders
Create and schedule classes
Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture
Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development
Build relationships with managers and employees
Recommend improvements and ways to streamline training sessions and methods
Escalate issues posing business risk to management
Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training, and create training reports as needed.
Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of sales development experience (formal and/or informal) and sales training

2+ years of experience in talent development and learning facilitation
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
-
1+ year of experience in digital advertising or digital marketing sales and 2+ years of training or facilitation experience

Strong understanding of building and managing a digital presence across multiple channels, including SEM, social media, email, display, video, and mobile advertising, with the ability to drive awareness, support lead delivery, and analyze campaign performance

Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on emerging digital advertising opportunities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone presence and business language

Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently

Ability to translate conceptual ideas into structured, actionable tasks and apply program/project management methodologies to communicate effectively with executives and employees

Experience using learning and engagement tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, and/or Mentimeter
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
