You Are:

An experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service Lead with proven experience overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle applications, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

The Work:

  • Lead Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) projects, delivering end-to-end solutions for financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.

  • Architect and implement consolidation models, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and journal entry workflows in FCCS.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to streamline month-end and year-end close cycles, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.

  • Design and develop consolidation rules, hierarchies, and reporting structures aligned with enterprise financial requirements.

  • Design and manage integration between FCCS and ERP/EPM systems for connected financial data and reporting.

  • Act as Project Manager and/or Solution Lead during design, build, and deployment phases, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

  • Support pre-sales, scoping, and proposal activities for FCCS and financial close projects, positioning Oracle EPM as a strategic enabler for Finance transformation.

  • Develop accelerators, best practices, and thought leadership in Oracle FCCS and financial close automation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial consolidation and close processes, with strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles.

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle FCCS, including 4-6 full lifecycle deployments covering solution design, configuration, security, workflow, and integration.

  • Experience integrating FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud (GL, FAH), EPM modules (Planning, EDM), and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

  • Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, preferably within a professional services or systems integration environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (CPA or MBA preferred).

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points if

  • Expertise in other Oracle EPM modules (Account Reconciliation, Planning, EDM, PCM/EPCM).

  • Experience with automation tools and integration frameworks (REST APIs, Data Management, OIC).

  • Led client-facing design sessions for consolidation strategy and close optimization.

  • Experience designing enterprise financial close frameworks for Finance and Accounting teams.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
