The work:

- Kick-start your career in our Consulting Development Program to learn the latest skills and gain experience across industries.

- Work closely with clients to understand how their supply chain and operations function today.

- Roll up your sleeves and come up with innovative ideas to improve business processes.

- Collaborate with teammates on consulting projects, delivering new technologies and unique business solutions to world-class clients.

- Explore cloud technologies and digital tools that may be a good fit for client needs.

- Analyze project statistics and operational data to uncover insights and opportunities.

- Manage projects like a pro-tracking status, timelines, costs, and delivery.

Champion digital supply chain and operations strategies by:

- Working on applications that improve operational efficiencies-from intelligent automation and RPA to targeted solutions like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.

- Implementing Cloud ERP and supply chain solutions-SAP, Oracle, Dynamics-to help clients get the most value from their systems. This includes documenting high-level requirements, designs, testing strategies, and go-live approaches.

- Defining end-to-end supply chain processes (plan-to-produce, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) that incorporate machine learning and AI.

Work Location:

This role includes a mix of remote work and onsite collaboration with clients, partners, or in our offices and delivery centers. Expect some in-person time for learning, relationship-building, and team engagement. We aim to be flexible to support your work/life needs.
