WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Drive modern API-Led and event-based integration solutions, including strategic assessments, tactical & strategic roadmaps, governance & operating model definition, Centre of Excellence & Centre for Enablement, large program delivery, platform modernization, client training & enablement, managed operations, etc.
  • Manage a delivery portfolio of $10M+ in annual Integration work across Canadian clients
  • Drive a distributed and highly focused global teams of 50+ resources to deliver integration solutions for complex client ecosystems composed of legacy and SaaS technologies
  • Identify and assess complex integration architecture and delivery problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the teams
  • Work interactively and collaboratively with client relationship teams, peer technology teams and vendor partners to generate $10M+ in annual sales
  • Collaborate with application development and test teams to drive automation, defect resolution, workarounds and elimination of workarounds and other quality of delivery and efficient initiatives
  • Conduct weekly delivery reviews and effectively communicate to clients and senior management
  • Conduct risk, issue, incident and crisis management as required including diagnostics and triage, mitigation options and recommended actions, root cause analysis and any situational post mortems for continuous improvement
