Description
- (Internal Title: Business System Configuration / Development II)
- Implement and leverage Power Automate to automate processes and ensure proper data management practices by automating workflows.
- Collaborate with the team in various data management tasks, including data cleansing, transformation, modeling, and analytics.
- Assist in maintaining data catalog, business glossaries, and data dictionaries to ensure data consistency, integrity, and standardization.
- Support the development and maintenance of data engineering metrics dashboards and data mobilization dashboards to monitor data performance effectively.
- Utilize Python, DAX, PowerBi, and T-SQL proficiently to conduct data analysis and derive meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform data analytics tasks and provide valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Create and develop script to manage ETL pipelines using Python and Power BI to efficiently collect and process data from various sources.
- Work with Data Science Manager on addressing existing data debts within the current systems to improve data accuracy and reliability
- Participate in the creation of insightful Data About Data visualizations using Power BI, enabling an understanding of as-is, to-be, and in-progress data assets
- Create content and conduct training sessions for various teams and communicate effectively with different users and provide support in order to transform the program into self-analytics ecosystem.
- Provide technical support and assure data governance by managing access security and apply row level security
- Assist the Data Science Manager in tasks related to data transformation, data analytics, Dataflow, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Working Conditions:
- Onsite at Client site: this role's work location is onsite with our client and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree (with at least 3-4 years’ experience) or Master's degree with (with at least 1-2 years’ experience) in data related domain, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in data management, analysis, and visualization.
- Holding recognized Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.).

- Proficiency in Python, DAX, PowerBi, and T-SQL, showcasing the ability to handle complex data-related tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of data cataloging, business glossaries, and data dictionaries, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate and actionable data insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong team spirit and a positive attitude, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools, with proficiency in Python and Power BI being advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a keen eye for data accuracy and quality.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about data engineering and data science practices.
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
- Effective skills in Microsoft Office
- Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
