- (Internal Title: Business Systems VI)
- As a Digital Solutions, AI, and Systems Integration Leader, you will:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-value client engagements driving strategic planning, precise scoping, competitive pricing, and flawless delivery. Champion growth opportunities, ensure measurable business outcomes, and manage engagement lifecycles through successful closure
- Oversee a team of skilled professionals delivering client-facing projects with excellence
- Manage the talent pool to secure the right skills and expertise, leveraging internal resources and the broader Accenture ecosystem
- Ensure client satisfaction, measured through feedback and performance metrics
- Guarantee compliance with contract terms, pricing guidelines, and quality standards
- Foster team growth by expanding capabilities and enhancing relevance in emerging technologies
- Provide executive-level performance reporting, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and risk management
- Collaborate with industry leaders to shape the strategic direction and capacity of Digital Teams, ensuring alignment with evolving market needs
- Implement, manage, and evaluate Business Systems services and the team for effectiveness in providing Integrated PMIS solutions to end users and identifying areas for improvement
- Direct overall Business Systems services on the project or program and ensure that the work is fully supported in an integrated, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner
- Plan for, monitor, and execute appropriate means and methods to complete the Business Systems services from inception through to completion
- Develop a budget and operating or delivery plan for the Business Systems services with the applicable project or program team
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Lead discussions and supervise day-to-day established expectations
- Design and maintain project scope, statement of work, and guiding project management documents including but not limited to the project management plan, task plan, and progress report
- Oversee PMIS contracts, changes, payments, and deliverables
- Define, acquire, and direct the necessary resources and develop detailed strategic goals and objectives
- Monitor and communicate project progress against the project plan, requirements, quality measures, and milestones, and manage any changes to the program of work
- Ensure timely reporting of financial and performance results, including schedule, human resources, and other management issues to the appropriate officials
- Create and carry out project execution plans, including work, resource, and risk management plans, etc.
- Ensure project deliverables are on time and within agreed budget
- Manage scope change negotiations
- Forecast and guarantee that capable resources are assigned to implement and manage all activities relating to the scope of the PMIS contract
- Exercise authority in managing and owning the work and controlling the delivery of the project portfolio per project plans
- Interface between all stakeholders at all levels of the engagement model
- Liaise and chair meetings with stakeholders (including senior management and sponsors) to make communication easy and transparent regarding Business Systems services matters
- Set and interpret service expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members
- Build and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture with an openness to constructive challenge, continuous improvement, implementation of lessons learned, and an overall ‘right-first-time” mindset
- Supervise and guide clear and focused staff performance objectives (including non-company resources) to ensure excellence in results
- Promote an environment that is inclusive and diverse and celebrates our differences
- Provide Business Systems services training to members of the team appropriate to their area of accountability
- Clarify internal quality control check and resolve quality issues for the project
- Working Conditions
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role in onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
- Onsite at delivery center: You will be onsite at our delivery center for the majority of your work hours.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience leading delivery in a consulting firm, Project Management, PMIS Applications Systems Implementation and Configuration
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management or Engineering
- Licenses OR Certifications:
- Holding recognized certifications including Project Management (PMP), Implementation Specialist by Oracle, Implementation for Unifier, P6 & EcoSys, InEight, and Primavera Risk Analysis and Reporting tools
- Industry / Domain Knowledge in at least one of our Strategic Industries
- Experience in Generative, and Agentic AI core frameworks, the application of AI
- Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and associated Oracle applications Unifier, P6 and Primavera
- Experience in ERP ideally SAP or Oracle
- Proven Experience in Delivery methodologies including delivery quality management and controls
- Proven team leader, with ability to hire, develop, scale talent.
- Skilled Executive leader able to work at the board, CxO level, manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in complex operating environments.
- BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience with Deltek, or Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and assessing performance deficiencies, and recommending and implementing actions to obtain the required results
- In-depth knowledge across all Project Management functional areas such as Time Management, Risk Management, Cost Management, Contract Management, Document Management, Project Controls and Portfolio management
- Mastery of prevailing Business Systems means and methods
- Expert grasp of Project Management concepts and processes, management system policies, programs, and procedures
- Sound understanding of the Construction and Transit sector
- Demonstrated functional acumen to support how solutions will address project goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
- Proven success in providing on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities, and establishing milestones
- Competent in understanding interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
- Experienced in leading, engaging, coaching, and mentoring a team of technical Business Systems professionals
- Must maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities with a track record for meeting deadlines
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal) in a demanding multidisciplinary project environment
- Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment while providing direction to a team in this environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment by ensuring effective teamwork, promotion of innovation, and overall excellence
- Proven capacity to anticipate, identify, and minimize risks
