Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Change Manager, COM

Job Description
  • (Internal Title: Project Management III)
    • Lead structured change management for large-scale transit and infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and delivery priorities
    • Drive adoption of enterprise technology platforms and operational systems across diverse stakeholder groups and frontline teams
    • Manage end-to-end change management for enterprise system rollouts impacting thousands of users, including readiness planning, role-based training, reinforcement, and resistance mitigation
    • Support implementation of digital solutions that improve information management, compliance, process consistency, and delivery efficiency across capital programs
    • Translate organizational strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps that strengthen culture, agility, and service delivery
    • Guide executive alignment and build commitment across leadership teams and operational stakeholders
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior transit leaders, supporting navigation through change impacts and transformation challenges
    • Build strong partnerships with internal teams including Operations, Technology, HR, Communications, Risk, and Program Delivery
    • Support enterprise technology implementations by managing change impacts, adoption planning, and readiness activities
    • Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate user needs, and support solution design and deployment
    • Lead change planning for releases, upgrades, and post-implementation optimization to ensure sustained system adoption
    • Design and deliver communication and engagement strategies that drive awareness, understanding, and buy-in
    • Utilize collaboration and engagement tools (e.g., Mentimeter, workshops, design sessions) to support workforce involvement
    • Track adoption and change effectiveness through KPIs, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
    • Conduct behavioral driver analysis and workforce assessments to inform change approach
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced employee experience.
    • Lead change workstreams with strong project management discipline, ensuring quality, governance, and risk management
    • Manage dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder coordination across cross-functional programs.
    • Lead and mentor project and consulting teams, fostering delivery excellence and professional growth
    • Support capability development across the organization by coaching leaders and teams through change

Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 7-10+ years of experience leading organizational change, enterprise transformation, or systems implementation in infrastructure, transit, or public-sector environments
    • Proven success driving adoption and sustained behavioral change for large-scale technology and process initiatives
  • Education:
    • Degree level education in Change Management or equivalent industry experience evidencing major change program outcomes
  • Licenses OR Certifications:
    • Prosci Change Management Certification (required/strong asset)
    • PMP or Project Management certification (strong asset)
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Stakeholder engagement and executive advisory
    • Communications and training strategy
    • Workforce readiness and adoption measurement
    • Resistance management and reinforcement planning
    • Governance, compliance, and operational change delivery
    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable transformation outcomes in complex environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to build enterprise change capability through guidebooks, training, and change champion networks
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience delivering executive dashboards and adoption insights

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
