The Work:

Collaborating closely with clients, Accenture Account Leads, and diverse stakeholders, you'll co-create innovative strategies for designing, developing, and optimizing customer relationships across Commerce platforms and omni-channel solutions. Your role encompasses overseeing the entire deal lifecycle, from inception to execution. You'll take the lead in shaping new opportunities, crafting inclusive sales strategies, fostering team alignment, and guiding the team through internal and client processes to secure successful outcomes. Your responsibilities also include promoting Song’s comprehensive range of marketing, sales, and customer success solutions to clients.

  • As the Go-To-Market Lead, you will focus on the Canadian market to drive growth in our next step change of services and offerings.
  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture with our clients for our Song Commerce service.
  • Be responsible for strategizing on growth opportunities, understanding our clients’ unique needs, and crafting innovating solutions that set us apart.
  • Develop multi-channel revenue growth strategies for the Commerce team including leading the team in analysis to identify potential value, creating the business case, and developing the requirements to implement the strategy.
  • Be a thought leader in commerce challenges, trends and solutions.
  • Develop requirements to ensure that our Commerce assets, products, and services are fully leveraged to drive value for our clients.
  • Defining high-level enterprise business cases to drive fact-based decision-making for our clients.
  • Lead client assessment portion of pre-sales engagements, develop the sales strategy and plan then present key findings at the executive level to internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure a clear understanding of the work to be delivered and provide guidance as appropriate.
  • Have a thorough understanding of data, AI and the changing landscape in this space.
Qualification

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Commerce industry.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Go-to-Market strategies and building relationships across the c-suite.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience building and leading teams that combine capabilities and working models.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new position.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit - in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
