You Are:
The Designer understands design principles, has a strong point of view and develops a consistent approach to the work. The Designer’s craft is fine-tuned at this level, while they bring concepts and designs to life with some oversight, and begin to learn to present their work to wider audiences.
The Work:

Execute design solutions that reflect the creative team goals and vision, with oversight from senior designers and creatives.

Provide a communications and visual design point of view
-
Participate in discussions to clarify purposes and objectives that bring brand strategy and creative ideas to life
-
Actively participate and contribute to ideation sessions representing the look and feel of possible communications and experiences
-
Build and maintain a working relationship with other designers and agency departments and functions
-
Assist the team with brainstorming, implementing design concepts, infographics, image creation, asset gathering, typesetting, and any other design needs

Create visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of mediums and formats
-
Prepare final artwork and assets for online use such as banner and website ads and pages

Manage and complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines and constraints while tracking details with oversight
Here’s What You’ll Need:
-
1+ year of agency experience in a design role
-
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs and executions
-
2+ years agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media-including digital, social, film, longform content and print
-
Proficiency in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) and online platforms like and Sketch and Figma
-
Experience with digital media content

Exceptional organizational and planning skills, including exacting attention to detail and follow-through
-
Strong oral and written communication skills for effective communication to clients, internal staff and management
-
Ability to multitask, manage simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Experience in using GenAI as part of your workflow

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position
Bonus Points if you Have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree in design, visuals arts, advertising, digital media or related field

Expertise in strategic brainstorming, brand world development, brand refreshes, campaign development
-
Experience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clients
-
Experience in scaled AOR engagements at a design level

Portfolio includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Andys, Effies, ADC)

Strong storytelling and presentation skills

3D and motion skills
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

Role Location Annual Salary Range
British Columbia/Ontario $50,550 to $100,550
