The Work:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing organizations and designing their processes and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing business models and their integration with technology.

  • Evaluating the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solutions.

  • Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to inform decision-making.

  • Building knowledge and supporting the team while participating in problem-solving discussions.

  • Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.

  • Developing detailed documentation to support process improvements and technology integration.

  • Utilizing data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.

  • Creating visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication.

  • Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum 1 years of consulting or similar experience, with a very strong preference for experience in healthcare.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system.

  • Experience on a team delivering project-based work on tight timelines.

Bonus points if:

  • Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Public Health (MPH)

  • 2+ years of experience working in healthcare.

  • Experience managing projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.

  • Clinical background.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
