Bilingual HR Service Delivery Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual (French/English) HR Service Delivery Representative to join our People Services team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR Programs related to Payroll, Pension, and Benefits for Loblaw colleagues and external partners. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, resolve requests directly when possible, and triage issues to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality front-line support to current and former Loblaw colleagues, as well as external vendors and agencies

  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and self-service tools with professionalism and empathy

  • Support colleagues and Subject Matter Experts through the ServiceNow case management system

  • Provide guidance and assistance related to Workday functionality and issues

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and inquiries in a collaborative, team-based environment

  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes and improvements

  • Perform various administrative duties and other tasks as assigned
