You Are:
At Song AI, we're on the hunt for a senior-level AI Technical Product Manager to lead client engagements end-to-end, from business development to the delivery and implementation of AI projects. This role will rally cross-functional teams to transform state-of-the-art AI concepts into scalable, value-driven solutions using the latest innovative technologies. The work:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of customer-focused AI projects for clients from ideation to execution, while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards.

Lead business development efforts by developing and delivering compelling proposals to secure new work.

Drive business casing and user research to shape AI product strategy, establish key success metrics, and monitor user feedback to guide product or experience improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to manage AI projects through all stages, from ideation to performance monitoring and optimization.

Design conceptual architectures to illustrate compelling AI solutions, blending build vs buy components while aligning to the latest responsible AI standards

Translate data into compelling narratives and insights for executive audiences to secure leadership support.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills while contributing to the growth of internal practice offerings and credentials.
Here’s What You’ll Need:

A University degree is required for this position.
-
7+ years of experience in consulting, technical product management, or related roles involving leading AI implementation across technical and strategic functions.

3+ years of people management experience, including overseeing junior PMs and providing mentorship to cultivate high-performing teams.

Proficient with SQL, python, data manipulation and data visualization tools to generate business insights and drive decision-making using customer data.

Experience in business development, including crafting successful proposals and presenting to senior audiences to secure buy-in.

Extensive product management experience, from product vision and strategy definement to development, launches, and KPI montoring / value realization.

Experience in designing AI and agentic solutions to create multi-modal outputs (text, image, video) using AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g. marketing, design, data science, and software developers, etc.) to ensure successful product delivery.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Proven track record of growing internal teams, enhancing practice capabilities, and contributing to thought leadership and credentialing.

Eligibility to obtain Security Reliability clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with client-facing projects ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related services.

Previous presentation experiences at leading industry conferences and publications within the areas of customer analytics, data and AI.

Certifications related to Data & AI services on Azure, GCP, AWS and Databricks, as well as Adobe and Salesforce.

Strong communication and executive presence, with experience translating complex topics to senior leadership and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project.

Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and other customer analytics tools.
-
Program management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, CSM, SAFe, CSPO, etc.).

Advanced experience with business & analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Looker and Tableau.

Experience with digital analytics implementation and tagging for web, paid media, and 3rd party applications.

Experience in implementing various theoretical data science concepts in practice for previous projects (e.g., time series analysis, anomaly detection, sampling, NLP, deep learning, computer vision, etc.)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
