Project Manager —
Lean Manufacturing · Continuous Improvement · Flow Optimization
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing operations at our clients' sites. You will be at the heart of these initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects, ensuring the tracking of deliverables and communication with the various departments
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Lead Kaizen workshops with field teams
- Implement performance indicators: OEE, takt time, cycle time time
- Deploy and maintain the 5S methodology and visual management
- Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to prioritize projects
DESIRED PROFILE
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Logistics
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in Lean tools: VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, PDCA
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt — an asset)
- Excellent project management and team facilitation skills
- Functional bilingualism (French/English) required
