As an important member of the CAP portfolio, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation. This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, drawing insights from data and forming recommendations to support the broader CAP portfolio. The successful applicant is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled with analyzing data as well as presenting analysis in multiple formats or various audiences. The successful applicant is a strategic thinker with an interest in working at a system level and can tactfully manage stakeholder expectations.

To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience in managing time and tasks within an extremely busy professional office environment, and have the ability to focus on the priorities of a rapidly changing day. You have excellent data analytics skills and experience, superb organizational and time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience working with Excel, PowerBI, and scripting languages such as “r”, as well as managing large amounts of data is required. The successful incumbent will show initiative and work well with a wide range of people throughout the organization. They will also be insightful, mature and tactful, remain calm under pressure and confident in their capability to perform well in the job and make it their own.
