The Rehabilitative Care Alliance was established in 2013 by Ontario’s 14 LHINs. The RCA works with partners across the province to strengthen and standardize rehabilitative care in Ontario through better planning, improved performance management and evaluation, and increased integration of best practices across the care continuum. The RCA reports to a provincial steering committee and is supported by a small secretariat that works collaboratively with clinical and administrative stakeholders from across the province to lead a variety of provincial initiatives.

The Rehab Care Alliance is a provincial project management secretariat that is hosted by UHN and funded by Ontario Health (OH). Committed to the integration of rehabilitation throughout the continuum of care, we work collaboratively with provincial task groups to lead initiatives that advance best practices, inform quality improvement and enhance system efficiencies.

In collaboration with relevant task groups and secretariat staff, the Project Manager will be responsible for coordination and implementation of system-wide initiatives, ensuring projects progress within set timeframes to achieve stated deliverables. In collaboration with secretariat staff and provincial partners, the Project Manager will be expected to take initiative to lead each project and participate in strategic discussions regarding project directions relative to health system priorities.
