The Research and Career Advancement Collaborative Hub (REACH) aims to be a UHN-wide hub for world-class educational experiences that enable Research scientists, staff, and trainees to push the limits of possibility. REACH will offer best-in-class research development and career advancement opportunities, customized to the specific learning needs of the research community by amplifying impact of existing opportunities, partnering to expand and transform high-quality offerings, and collaborating to co-develop innovative learning solutions. Its offerings will further establish Research at UHN as a global destination of choice, to attract, train and retain the brightest minds in research.
The Manager, Collaborative Centre Strategy & Operations takes primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of REACH, including planning and implementing programs, leading development of sub structures (e.g., advisory, focus groups), developing/measuring and reporting on program outcomes, and overseeing centre operations.
