At The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation (PMCF), our vision is to create a world free from the fear of cancer. Cancer remains the number one cause of death for Canadians and our top priority is to accelerate cancer research and care.

Our role is to garner support for Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, one of the world’s leading cancer research and treatment centres, through philanthropy, fundraising events, and our world-renowned lottery program. The work we accomplish drives groundbreaking research, relentless innovation, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of cancer patients and their loved ones.

Now, we have an opportunity to blaze an even brighter future for everyone affected by cancer.

We will Carry The Fire for cancer patients everywhere, lighting the way forward through discovery, reigniting our commitment to transform cancer outcomes and ease the profound suffering cancer causes patients and their loved ones.

At the PMCF, every one of us carries the fire for someone else. Join us as we inspire a movement and help us achieve our vision to change the way we understand, diagnose, and treat cancer.

The Coordinator, Fundraising Granting plays a pivotal role in turning donor generosity into meaningful impact for cancer patients, research, education, and care at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre at UHN. This position helps ensure that charitable funds are managed accurately, responsibly, and in accordance with donor commitments.

As a key member of the Granting, Strategic Integration and Donor Stewardship team, the Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of granting activities. The role serves as a central point of coordination between Foundation and hospital stakeholders, helping to open and close funds, process grant commitments, maintain data integrity, monitor progress, and support donor reporting and stewardship activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building strong working relationships, and improving how work gets done. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and curious about finding better ways to work, including leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and reduce routine administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Director, Granting, the Coordinator helps ensure that donor-funded investments are administered effectively and contribute to the Foundation's mission of advancing cancer research, innovation, and patient care.
