Work Location: 3 days in office starting Jan - move to 4 days in 2026, Toronto, Ontario (TDB0105)

Scope of Project: CPP team - day to day tasks

Team Size/Culture: 5-6 ppl on the direct team

Ideal Candidate Background: public site experience - banking, sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ideation, concept development and experience innovation
• Creation of sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios and storyboards
• Close collaboration with development teams to ensure that design intent is achieved
• Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay abreast of current design methodologies, practices and trends
• Participation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer research
• Effective communication of conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales

MUST-HAVE Skills:

• Wireframes and Prototypes - 7 duration
• Figma 3 years
• UX Designer - 7 years
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Animation Skills - Page transition
• Financial Industry experience
• Experience in the investing and/or insurance industries
