Sr. Technology Project Manager to support the Online Business Banking team - 79771

Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Location: Hybrid (Downtown Toronto) - 2 days a week in office (Monday and Wednesday)

The North American and Commercial Banking (NACB) Technology PMO team is looking for a Sr Project Manager to support technology projects.

• Project Manager - has end to end accountability for the successful completion of the project. Directs and coordinates team members in creation of project deliverables.
• Core: Possesses an understanding of a least 1 line of business, and directs business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants, and contractors and vendors.
• Has end to end accountability for the successful completion of the project and works with Communications stakeholders to drive change, and communications planning.
• Project Management: Rigorously manages project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters, with an enterprise perspective.
• Quality of Deliverables: Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit, and oversees governance controls to ensure that projects meet all the performance, quality and compliance standards and conforms to appropriate methodology.

Skills:

• 8+ years of Project Management exp working with technology projects
• Agile - Hybrid exp
• A valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (must have)
• Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint repositories, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Education: Computer Science (nice to have)
• Information Systems (nice to have)
