Sr. Senior UiPath POD Lead to deliver rapid automation implementations and lead technical delivery

Overview:

We need a Senior UiPath POD Lead to drive technical leadership for a dedicated automation POD delivering 2-3 automations per month using the UiPath platform. This onshore role will lead a team of developers while ensuring co-delivery with our client's and achieving early value realization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a POD of 2-3 RPA developers in UiPath automation delivery
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development best practices
• Partner with client developers for co-delivery and knowledge transfer
• Deliver first production automation within 2-4 weeks of engagement start
• Design and implement UiPath workflows for complex business processes
• Coordinate with Business Analysts for requirements and UAT activities
• Establish reusable components and automation frameworks
• Manage technical escalations and solution architecture decisions

Must Haves:

• 6+ years of UiPath development and architecture experience
• UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification
• Experience leading teams of 2-4 RPA developers
• Track record of delivering 50+ automation implementations
• Strong experience with process mining and automation assessment
• Background in financial services, operations, or customer care automation
• Expertise in UiPath Orchestrator administration and deployment

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with airline or transportation industry
• Knowledge of Mulesoft integration capabilities
• Agile/Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Google Workspace automation
