Overview

We are seeking (TD AI2) a seasoned Program Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee and drive our Business Intelligence (BI) Transformation Program. This role is critical to managing delivery across multiple teams, with a particular focus on offshore vendor management, governance, and execution. The ideal candidate combines deep program management expertise with strong technology knowledge, business intelligence experience, and leadership skills. The objective of the transformation is to accelerate our BI Self-serve capabilities and free up to 50% of our resource capacity to reinvest in AI and Innovation work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the BI Transformation Program, ensuring scope, timeline, and outcomes are met.

• Manage offshore vendor teams (70 resources), including performance oversight, resource planning, and ensuring delivery quality.

• Establish and maintain strong governance practices, reporting, and risk management across the program. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly updates

• Collaborate with executives, senior leaders, and practitioners to align program priorities and communicate progress.

• Drive Agile ways of working across distributed teams and ensure adoption of best practices in delivery.

• Provide program-level oversight across multiple workstreams, balancing competing demands and dependencies.

• Support design, development, and delivery on Microsoft Azure technologies (DataBricks, Synapse, Power BI, Tableau).

• Ensure business intelligence practices align to enterprise standards, including semantic layer design and BI lifecycle management.

• Build and maintain high-performing teams, fostering accountability, clarity, and results.

• Deliver executive-level updates, presentations, and reporting with clarity and impact.
