Our client is looking for Sr. Power Platform Developer to support implementation, and design services for M365 Power Platform and Power Pages

Overview:

Power Platform Developer will be responsible for providing support, implementation, and design services for M365 Power Platform and Power Pages. Will work closely with the business stakeholders, product manager, Cyber security, the data platform team, and external vendors. You will be responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of ePortal, InfoHub and other Power Platform application systems. You will be relied upon to act as an internal expert for M365 Power Platform.

Must Have's:

• 5-8 Years of related work experience as a Power Platform Developer

• Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and/or Azure services

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines

• Experience in designing data models

Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development

o Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

o Build custom connectors, automation workflows, integrations, and data models tailored to business needs.

o Enhance and maintain existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring reliability and performance.

o Participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.

o Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.

Integration & Data Management

o Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems.

o Develop data models and maintain Dataverse schemas following best practices and governance standards.

o Ensure solutions follow established data governance, privacy, and security protocols.

Support, Maintenance & Optimization

o Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Power Platform applications, APIs, and workflows.

o Conduct performance tuning and optimizing applications for efficiency and user experience.

o Document all solutions, configurations, and design decisions for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

o Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement.

o Identify and implement areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement outputs will include data visualization and low code applications.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

o Work closely with business analysts, product managers, architects, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

o Provide demonstrations, training, and technical guidance to teams adopting Power Platform solutions.

o Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.

o Assist with end user communication and learning, product backlog grooming and design of test cases and acceptance criteria.

Governance & Compliance

o Adhere to organizational standards for Power Platform environments, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), security roles, and solution deployment processes.

o Support the administration and oversight of Power Platform environments including monitoring, compliance checks, and license management.

o Help guide teams to effectively use and support the Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure). EDUCATION:

Education:

• Completion of a post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer (PL-400) (Preferred)
