Description
Our valued client is looking for a Sr. IS Strategy and Planning Manager to supports the development and operationalization of the IS divisional strategy and plan.
Annual Salary approximately from $109210.00 - $136550.00 per year
Tasks include:
- Support the development and operationalization of the IS divisional strategy and plan
- Avise senior leadership on planning and performance activities and priorities, and acts as an enterprise liaison to ensure divisional initiatives align with organizational priorities
- Support divisional planning, performance management, and budget management activities through analysis, coordination, monitoring, and reporting, enabling informed decision‑making and effective oversight
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the IS Division and across the organization, consult on plans and initiatives to promote integration, consistency, and effective execution.
- Quickly adapt to change and seamlessly transition from one initiative to another without losing momentum, while maintaining focus on specific goals, objectives, and detailed work
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and peers inside and outside of the IS Division, communicate clearly, enjoy collaboration, and love being a part of the team
Requirements:
- Experience supporting and/or leading performance management initiatives in an IM/IT space
- Experience with budget administration
- Experience conducting data research, statistical compilation and evaluation
- In drafting, editing, and interpreting policies and procedures
- In business planning and strategy assessment and development
- In preparing, developing and delivering presentations and reports
- In governance and enterprise alignment activities
- In financial administration and services
Nice to have:
- Experience in Project Management and/or risk management
- Experience developing training materials
- In personnel management
