Work Location: Toronto, Hybrid 2 days in office (From Nov. 4 days a week in-office)

Scope of Project: within mobile - new APP

Team Size/Culture: around 60 people within the content design discipline - Design team/product and project team 15-20 people. 10% interaction with stakeholders

Daily Responsibilities:

• Attend daily Pod Stand-Ups with colleagues.
• Manage the UX Writing and Content Design projects you are assigned, deliver and respond to feedback with standard content design documents.
• Collaborate with HCDP (Human Centered Design Practice) team and project partners to determine the business objectives that drive content strategy.
• Collaborate closely with fellow designers, accessibility specialists, technical consultants, developers, quality engineers and legal counsel to craft seamless customer experiences.

Must haves:

• 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a minimum of 2 years in product design or creation of digital experiences
• Expert writing, editing and proofreading skills, with experience writing for online required, kiosk, Voice and audio User Interface writing
• Experience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology, human-computer interaction, etc.) is a major plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX writing abilities
• Familiarity with Figma/Figjam and Confluence/Jira
