Sr. Compliance Analyst to participate in various SOC1, SOC2 and SOX audits for an insurance client-5014

What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?

• Actively participate in various SOC1 and SOC2 and SOX audits by:
• Helping to facilitate meetings between subject matter experts and auditors
• Coordinating with subject matter experts in responding to requests for information from auditors
• Assisting with gathering of evidence and documentation
• Analyze observations raised by auditors, escalating to manage as required
• Assist in the creation of management responses
• Assist with collating SOC 2 report and coordinating reviews and publication
• Assist with executing controls and monitoring procedures, prepare stakeholder and senior management communications.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of compliance controls and monitoring

Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance or a similar discipline
• 3+ years in the financial services industry
• Familiarity with the general processes and stages of an audit as it relates to SOC1 , SOC2 and SOX audits.
• Knowledge of IT General Computing Controls (e.g., SOX/COBIT, SSAE, NIST, PCI, SOC, SOC2)

Daily Work hours (e.g. 9 am - 5 pm): something between 8 - 5 pm (7.5 hour work day)
