Must Haves

• 8-10 years in data management and analytics within cloud environments including MS Azure
• Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Experience analyzing large data sets, deriving insights, and presenting analytical outputs
• Hands-on expertise in Algorithm Development, Automation, Data Visualization, and Simulation
• Strong experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and Synapse; ability to interpret and document data schemas and metadata
• Post-secondary degree in a related field

• Banking industry experience
• Project management background

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery from project inception to deployment across analytics and data management streams
• Collaborate in analysis and system design specification sessions
• Document design options and solutions following SDLC methodology
• Develop, maintain, and optimize algorithms supporting business analytics needs
• Apply automation and data visualization techniques to streamline reporting and insights generation
• Interpret complex data schemas, metadata, and relationship diagrams to ensure accurate data integration
