CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Degree/Certifications Required: Post Secondary Education. HR designation will be a nice to have (CHRP)

Years of experience: at least 5 years experience

Reason for request/why opened: Backfilling and volumes

% Interaction with Stakeholders: Will be with the Talent acquisition partners mainly. This role doesn’t interact a lot with hiring managers, mainly other TA members.

Project Scope: Will work on Candidate sourcing team

Team Size: 13 currently

Personality Style/Team Culture: Strong cohesive team, supportive, overall great team to work with! Fun team activities and always willing to help each other out!

Really need sourcing exp- Linkedin recruiter, Indeed, must having candidate outreach experience.

Previous ways of engaging with passive talents.

Exposure to banking industry (nice to have).

Agency experience (nice to have).

Comfortability engaging with candidates and stakeholders (leadership).

Ability to pull data to tell a story,

Tech/ corporate background would be a nice to have

How will performance be measured: Will look at their performance as a whole (roles/difficulty/LOB they are supporting)

Must have:

- Sourcing/headhunting

- Time mgmt- prioritize their time

- Bilingual (French)

- Boolean searches (other talent sourcing methodologies/platforms)

- Data Analysis and presentation
