As part of the Business Transformation office, the Sr program manager, is responsible for providing internal business program/project management for Senior Leadership sponsored initiatives to solve issues, identify and create value, maximize growth, and improve overall business performance. Role requires a proven track record of successfully managing large scale technology and business projects, teams and stakeholders across multiple teams and businesses in a matrixed environment.


Main Accountabilities:


• Provide structure to complex, ambiguous, and debated business and technical issues that target real business issues, risk, compliance, and financial impacts.

• Leads long term (12+ months) cross functional initiatives with highly complex objectives.

• Leads programs of work and leads projects under the same program.

• Translates strategies into actionable project plans and creates materials to illustrate complex project challenges in simple, easy to understand ways.

• Use proven project management methodologies and techniques to set the course of initiatives while consistently planning for the next phase, milestone, or sprint.

• Manages project risks and develops mitigation strategies.

• Build relationships with business partners and stakeholders to drive project to completion.

• Ensures project outcomes to achieve goals.

• Creates and maintains project documentation and materials using collaboration tools and easy to reference structures.

• Coordinates cross functional technical and business teams and ensures effective communication among all stakeholders.


Minimum Requirements:

• 5- 10+ years project management or related experience

Exp with Endpoint, security and cloud

• Exp with Multi stream projects and driving technical teams to solution and deliver

• Experience leading large cross-functional projects varying in scope and complexity in multiple geographies

• Experience leading cross-functional projects varying in scope and complexity in multiple geographies

• High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other project and process tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, and Miro

• Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies and software tools

• Strategic planning and execution experience a plus

• Strong stakeholder management, budgeting, change management and presentation skills

• Knowledge of insurance products, processes and services - strong business acumen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field


Preferred skills:

• PMP certification

• Familiarity with waterfall, agile, and change management methodologies

• High proficiency in creating and presenting outcome-based material to senior leaders

• Strong problem-solving aptitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Conflict resolution skills
