About the Role

Our client is seeking a Front-End Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team supporting their innovative digital health platform. You will drive the development of performant, accessible, and scalable front-end experiences using React, JavaScript, and GCP. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical guidance with people management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Own the technical direction and delivery of front-end features
• Partner with product, design, and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and performance best practices.
• Advocate for modern development standards and continuous improvement.
• Balance hands-on coding with leadership and strategic planning.

Must-Have:

• Proven experience leading front-end engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web development.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applications.
